These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CareDog, a digital tool by VisionCrece.
1. What CareDog is
CareDog is an informational, educational and organisational digital tool for everyday dog care: feeding, walks, schedule, health and basic records.
2. Access and payment
Access to CareDog is purchased through a one-time payment. Under the current offer it is not a recurring subscription.
The return, withdrawal or refund conditions applicable to the purchase will be shown during the payment process and/or in the purchase documentation, according to the current configuration of the seller and the payment processor.
3. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the information they enter into the tool and for the use they make of it.
4. CareDog is not a veterinary service
CareDog does not provide veterinary services and does not offer diagnosis, treatment or professional veterinary advice.
In case of symptoms, poisoning, emergencies or any health concern, always consult a veterinarian.
5. Nature of the content
Information about food, breeds, care and other content is general and educational in nature.
Food classifications may depend on quantity, preparation, age, weight, health condition, allergies or other individual factors of each dog.
6. Product evolution
CareDog may update, improve or modify its features over time.
Permanent availability, complete absence of errors and compatibility with every device or browser are not guaranteed.
7. Permitted use
Fraudulent use of the product is prohibited, as are copying, resale, redistribution and any unauthorised access.
